HYHUB（hyhub.app）は、日本の HYROX 選手のための練習ジムと大会の非公式データベースです。個人が運営しています。会員登録やログインはなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号は集めません。

受け取る情報と使い方

タレコミ（情報の投稿フォーム）: 書かれた件名・本文・出典の URL を保存し、ジムや大会の情報を直すのに使います。運営者への通知を使うときは、同じ内容を、運営者だけが見るチャット（Discord など）に送ります。氏名・連絡先の欄はありません。本文に個人の連絡先を書かないでください。
「練習できた 👍」: ジムごとの押された数だけを保存します。誰が押したかは保存しません。
器具の「あった」: 同じ人の重ね送りを見分けるため、IP アドレス・ジム・器具から作った 4 桁の印（秘密の値を使った一方向の変換で、元の IP アドレスには戻せません）を保存します。IP アドレスそのものは保存しません。
IP アドレス: 書き込みの回数の制限（荒らしよけ）と、おおよその地域の推定（近い順の並べ替え）に、その場でだけ使います。保存しません。
現在地: 「現在地から近い順」を選んだときだけ、端末の中で距離を計算します。現在地はサーバーに送りません。駅名・地名や地点（URL の ?near=・?at=）で探したときは、それが URL に入ってサーバーに届き、並べ替えに使います。HYHUB はそれを保存しませんが、サイトを動かしている Cloudflare のアクセスの記録には URL が残ることがあります。
端末に残すもの: 👍 や「あった」を押した記録、近い順にした印を、ブラウザの localStorage・sessionStorage に残します（連打よけと表示のため）。Cookie は使いません。
アクセス解析: Cloudflare Web Analytics で、ページごとの閲覧数などを数えます。Cookie を使わず、個人を特定しません。

Threads の公開投稿の扱い

ジムのビジター利用・料金・器具の情報を集めるため、Meta の Threads API（キーワード検索）で、ジムの名前などを含む公開されている投稿を検索して、運営者が読みます。

投稿の本文・画像・ユーザー名・プロフィール・投稿の URL は保存しません。検索の結果は、運営者が読むときに一時的に表示するだけです。
サイトに載せるのは、投稿から分かったジムの事実（例: 「ビジター 3,000 円」「Sled あり」）だけで、誰の投稿かが分かる形では載せません。ジム自身の発表ではない情報は「要確認」の印を付けて載せます。
サイトの利用者に Threads のログインを求めることはありません。API は運営者のアカウントでだけ使います。
投稿を集めて他の人に渡したり、広告に使ったりしません。

受け取った情報を売ったり、第三者に渡したりしません。サイトは Cloudflare（Workers・D1・Web Analytics）の上で動いていて、タレコミの通知を使うときは Discord などのチャットを使います。

データの削除の依頼

HYHUB は Threads のユーザーのデータを保存していません。それでも、ご自身の投稿をもとにした掲載情報を消してほしいとき、タレコミを消してほしいときは、情報の投稿フォームに「削除の依頼」と、対象のページの URL（タレコミなら、送った日と内容のわかる言葉）を書いて送ってください。確認のうえ、30 日以内に、サイトとデータベースと通知の記録から削除します。

お問い合わせは情報の投稿フォームから受け付けます。このポリシーを変えたときは、このページの最終更新日を改めます。

HYHUB (hyhub.app) is an unofficial database of HYROX training gyms and races for athletes in Japan, run by an individual. There are no accounts or logins, and we do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers.

What we receive and how we use it

Tips (submission form): we store the subject, text and source URL you submit, and use them to correct gym and race information. When operator notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to a private chat (such as Discord) that only the operator can see. The form has no name or contact fields.
"Trained here" 👍: we store only the count per gym, not who pressed it.
Equipment "it was there" reports: to tell repeated reports from the same person apart, we store a 4-character mark derived one-way from the IP address, gym and equipment with a secret salt. It cannot be turned back into the IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.
IP address: used only in the moment for rate limiting and for a rough region estimate to sort gyms by distance. Not stored.
Location: when you choose "near me", the distance is computed on your device and your location is never sent to our server. When you search by a station or place name or a point (?near= / ?at= in the URL), it reaches our server as part of the URL and is used only to sort the list. HYHUB does not store it, but Cloudflare's access logs may contain the URL.
On your device: we keep small records in localStorage / sessionStorage (e.g. that you already pressed 👍). We do not use cookies.
Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying individuals.

Public Threads posts

To find information about gyms (drop-in availability, prices, equipment), the site operator uses the Threads API keyword search to find and read public posts that mention gym names.

We do not store post text, images, usernames, profile data or post URLs. Search results are only displayed temporarily to the operator while reading.
Only facts about gyms learned from posts (e.g. "drop-in ¥3,000", "has a sled") are published on the site, never in a form that identifies the author. Information not published by the gym itself is labeled "unconfirmed".
Visitors to the site are never asked to log in to Threads. The API is used only with the operator's own account.
We do not share collected posts with anyone or use them for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell or share the information we receive with third parties. The site runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and Web Analytics), and tip notifications, when enabled, use a chat service such as Discord.

Data deletion

HYHUB does not store data of Threads users. If you want information based on your post, or a tip you submitted, removed, send a "deletion request" with the URL of the page (for a tip, the date and some words from it) through the submission form. We will remove it from the site, the database and the notification history within 30 days.
